Bassima and Greg's Summer Cathedral Wedding

Bassima and Greg got married the day after Canada day on Sunday July 2nd. The weather was beautiful in the morning but we had some light rain shower getting to the church but apparently that's good luck!

They said their I do's in the very grand and beautiful Cathedral of the Transfiguration located in Markham, ON. I don't even think my photos do it much justice. You have to be inside to really appreciate its grandeur. The ceilings are gold and extravagant. It's an indulgence to look at. 

After the ceremony was over, we all headed back to Ajax for the reception. I think I speak for many when I say the entire room was transformed. The decor they choose really pulled together nicely and gave a great first impression! The food that was served was also delicious. The groom's sister made the wedding cake and cupcakes!
